ARTICLE PROCESSING CHARGES

The journal charges neither a submission nor a publication fee. The decision on publication is made by the Editorial Board according to the results of an independent review.

Full-text journal articles are freely available for everyone to read, download and reuse in accordance with the Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivatives License (CC BY-NC-ND).

 

Paper submission on-line

1. Papers should be submitted in the electronic version in Microsoft Office Word document (.doc format) to the following e-mail address: csw@wpia.uni.lodz.pl

2. The maximum volume of texts, including spaces, is:
a) studium - from 60 000 to 120 000 characters (1.5-3 publishing sheets)
b) article - up to 60 000 characters (up to 1.5 publishing sheets)
c) reviews - from 12 000 up to 24 000 characters (0.3-0.6 publishing sheets)
d) note - from 4 000 up to 12 000 characters (0.1-0.3 publishing sheets)
e) gloss - from 12 000 to 24 000 characters (0.3-0.6 publishing sheets).

3. Space (spacing between lines) should be 2 lines.

4. Studies and articles cannot be devided into more than 3 chapters.

5. Italic can only be used for the foreign language terms. Boldings and underscores are not allowed. In order to draw the reader’s attention to some particular part, we use s p a c i n g s i n t h e w o r d s.

6. All citations must be enclosed in quotation marks.

7. Names in voked for the first time in the text should be preceded by the full name.

8. Gloss should be precceded by the sentence of the jugdement , composed in italics.

9. Please ensure that the footnotes and the bibliographical references conform to the guidelines set in the Chicago Manual of Style (online at http://www.chicagomanualofstyle.org/tools_citationguide.html)

10. Articles need to be annotated at the bottom of the relevant pages and that needs to include complete bibliography in alphabetical order, set out after the main text.

11. At the end of the article there must be a summary and key words both in Polish and English (also the title of the article in English).
