Abstract

Article in French.

ORIGINAL TITLE: Sédiments et processus quaternaires du versant crétacé de la vallée de la Basse-Nida (partie méridionale de la Pologne centrale)

The article presents the results of detailed geological investigations carried out in the Lower Nida Valley, between Młodzawy and Wiślica, within the so-called Chroberz Depression. The research aimed to reconstruct the Quaternary geomorphological evolution of the area and to analyse Pleistocene sediments, particularly slope deposits formed under periglacial climatic conditions. The results indicate that the preserved deposits mainly originate from the end of the Eemian interglacial and the Würm glaciation.
