Podczas sympozjum w Aberystwyth odbyły się następujące wycieczki terenowe: 3 lipca 1975 r. Pozostałości okrągłych i liniowych form pingo w basenach Cledlyn i Cletwr; 4 lipca. Osady peryglacjalnych zboczy przybrzeżnych w Morfa-bychan. Struktury krioturbacyjne w Llanon; 6 lipca. Osady powierzchniowe górnego basenu Rheidol. Rozległe struktury krioturbacyjne w rejonie Carno; 7 lipca. Formy i osady niwacyjne w Cwm Ystwyth. 9 lipca. Formy i osady peryglacjalne w dolinie Tal-y-llyn.
